Ampt Over Electric

We recently bought a new Hot Tub from Rocky Mountain Pools and Spas and Jorden's team were the ones who came and did the install. Jeff and his work partner did a fantastic job and were great to work with. We hit a snag with our electrical panel, where the old hot tub breakers weren't high enough capacity and needed to be replaced. I was worried that we would have to wait another couple of days to get our new hot tub up and running but Jeff went out and got the required parts and came back later that afternoon to install them. Aside from a minor issue with a billing discrepancy that Jorden quickly fixed, this was definitely 5 star work.

Great experience having Ampt Over Electrical hook up electrical for a hot tub. Communication with Jordan via text was convenient/easy and he was able to provide the estimate over video call. Jeff who did the installation was friendly, listened to our needs, discussed pros/cons of routing options and then finished the job quickly without issue. He even helped to fix a leaky coupling once we fired up the tub. Highly recommended!

I have dealt with Jordan and Jeff for separate instances of electrical switch repairs. Both times the response was prompt and the service appointment was honest and efficient. During Jordan's visit, he completed only the scope that he deemed needed to actually be done by an electrician, and he advised me to hire a general contractor for the remaining install, even though he was able to complete the work himself.

He was willing to turn away a few hours of profitable work for himself in the interest of saving ME money. That kind of honesty, transparency, and customer priority is exactly why I jumped straight to calling Ampt the next time I needed electrical services. That next time, the appointment was serviced by Jeff. Jeff was extremely friendly and similarly transparent in his work, just like Jordan.

He talked us through everything he was doing and why, and troubleshooted some electrical issues we had by attempting to access the problem from every nearby switch and outlet we had, rather than resorting to creating any access holes in the walls that we would later need to repair. Jeff even graciously worked around our pets and our clutter! In both cases, my electrical issues were resolved and repaired! I am sold on using Ampt Over exclusively for any future electrical work. Highly recommend!
