Ridgeline Improvements

I cannot rave enough about Ridgeline Improvements. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about them. We had a full main floor renovation (this included knocking down walls, full kitchen, bathrooms, adding a shower, etc.) done on an older home that we had recently purchased and they made all of our dreams come true. When it came to decision making, they were all so patient and used their expertise to help us visualize everything.

Their responsiveness to any questions or concerns we had was commendable. Throughout the entire process, we had open communication with all members of the team and felt very in the loop in terms of how the reno was going, which really helped us feel at ease and in good hands. They made this huge project so stress-free and easy. I would without a doubt use them again should we decide to do any home improvements in the future. We appreciate everything they did for us and cannot thank them enough!

The folks at RidgeLine were exceptional and the quality of the cabinetry, tiling repairs, appliance installations, countertop, plumbing and electrical were top grade. When my wife looks at the kitchen and regularly says "I love my kitchen", you know RidgeLine did a marvellous job. As our appliances were delayed, RidgeLine made every effort to do work arounds to give us use of the kitchen and when the last appliance finally arrived, RidgeLine quickly completed the final details and voila we had our new kitchen.

I'm going to use all my word characters for this construction and renovation company because they are worth every word and dollar! If you're contemplating on who to go with for your home renovation---trust me, just go with these guys. From beginning to end, you will receive prompt communications, a weekly update, and material suggestions. You will be serviced.

I updated the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and couldn't be happier with the results. I also required a bunch of repairs in all of the rooms and they did a superior job. They even came up with inexpensive repairs without compromising on quality. Matt quoted the job within two days then met with me again to go through all the details. Lea took half a day to meet with me to choose materials, paint and lights.

She was prepared before I arrived. Mark was involved in all the project details. Everything was on time and done with quality. I was honestly waiting for a shoe to drop! The only hiccup was that Amazon lost my package and Mark was delayed on hanging my hallway hooks. Trust me, these are the guys you want to go with!

I continue to work with Ridgeline because they are professional, their work is solid and they are helpful in exploring solutions in an older home.

We used Ridgeline to renovate our kitchen. We needed to update and add more counter space to our "new to us" home. Mark and his crew were so friendly and professional. He was very good at keeping us up to date as to what was going on and where everything was at. I also have to say I had so much fun picking out all of the finishes with Lea. Her enthusiasm was contagious. We love our new kitchen and would use Ridgeline again for other projects if we ever have a need.

Matt and his team were able to do our complete kitchen remodelling and updating of 3 bathrooms on our timeline. There was no hidden costs and the project was done by the quoted time. The contractors in the house were always professional and very friendly Service: Remodeling

Matt and his team installed three beams in our A frame house. It requires engineering and careful planning, as old beams had to be removed and temporary walls build while the new beams were being installed. The Ridgeline team took care of everything and did so in a timely and professional manner. We will definitely hire Ridgeline Improvement again for our next project.

Ridgeline Improvements completed the tenant improvements and build out of my clinic in January 2020. Matt was great to work with, was very responsive and detail orientated throughout the entire process. He took care of permits and kept me up to date on progress weekly which took a huge amount of stress off while starting a new business. Matt and his team did the job right! We installed a beam and leveled our floors after our previous owners knocked down a wall. They did their best to work with us in the house and we will definitely be calling them back if we ever need another reno!
