Sam was responsive (responded to my voicemail within 2 hours on a Saturday), professional and friendly. He provided suggestions for addressing our septic system issue and then executed the preferred solution. It left me feeling confident that the issue was being dealt with effectively. Extremely happy with the service received. Sam not only reacted immediately when our septic alarm went on (a Sunday morning post snowstorm), but was reassuring during all the process, found instantly the issue and offered an economic and durable solution. Pleasant experience with Sam. We are having ongoing issues with our septic system that our previous contractor has been unable to diagnose over a 2 year period. Within 15 minutes, Sam was able to recognize a few faults with our system that have been contributing to the issues and has begun the process to rectify and resolve the issues. It was a sigh of relief having someone look over the entire system for the issue and not concentrate on just one portion. Highly recommend his services!
