Rory graduated in South Africa and emigrated to Canada in 1992. For over 20 years, he has gained experience both as a general contractor and as an owner's representative. With a background managing large scale estate developments, including civil infrastructure, hotels and casinos, his experience as an owner's representative provides invaluable understanding of what it takes to make a build successful for all involved.

Dan brings 20 years of experience to the Halse Martin team as a certified red seal carpenter, site superintendent, and project manager. He also completed his bachelor's degree in Construction Management from BCIT in 2018.
