Wet cleaning is an aqueous cleaning system that has been developed jointly by Miele and Kreussler for Professional Textile Care Industry to address outerwear that cannot be washed and for the care of sensitive textiles. This invention initiated by Kreussler was a trendsetter. Wet cleaning has been established in textile care for more than 20 years now.
As professional cleaners, at the onset we classify your clothes accordingly: Shirts, Pants, Dress (Short or Long), Coats, Knits, etc. for pricing. After a receipt is printed and you have left the store, we print out tags that correspond to your receipt and tag all your clothes for easy identification.

My Canada Goose coat came back very clean, all the sweat smell and sweat stains are gone. It's a 3 yr old coat and still looked pretty good after the clean. The owner explained that due to the nature of the fabric of this coat being a thick polyester/cotton, the signs of wear and tear on the seams may show in some areas which isn't bad at all. I'm really happy with the clean. GREAT JOB!

Had suits and coats cleaned here, absolutely happy ! Fabulous clean, inside and out, no dry clean smell at all, it just smells fresh. The white shirts turned out like new, collar stains are gone. I've been to other cleaners, but this one stands out with their cleaning!! Gotta recommend to friends and relatives.

Really awful place. They took an expensive shirt, pinned it way too tight, then when I brought it back just to ask for advice how to fix it the first response was “this has been washed”. I was actually stunned, there was no sympathy or collaboration to figure out how to fix it, I wasn’t even accusing them of anything, things happen, I wanted help to fix it! Again, the owner repeated “it’s been washed”. For whatever reason I engaged with her and calmly explained it had not been washed because it was too tight to wear in the first place. Went to pick up dry cleaning around 1pm, they said it wasn’t ready and pointed out the time on the receipt saying 5pm, told them I’d be back after 5pm then, they called me 2:30 saying my dry cleaning was ready and they are closing early today, get there at 5:15 and doors locked even after confirming they will be open and will wait for me to pick up my stuff, poor service would not recommend this place many better options in the area

Heard about their groupon deal for alterations. I spent about $50 each for two suits to be altered at the sleeves and length of my jackets. What a mistake. The suits were hardly modified, they still looked baggy because the length wasn't modified, the buttons were shifted on the sleeve but weren't restitched, when the sleeves were resewn 2 inches of thread was missed so the cuff flares out. I didn't even want to take it back to them for correction, scared of what might come next.
