We moved into our home 3 years ago with knowledge our system might fail as it wasn't replaced as per recommended by another company. Well our system failed and I quickly called up request because of how many people recommended the company. With a baby due in 3 weeks and time was ticking. Driver of REQUEST HOLDINGS septic truck kicked my car because I was texting my mom who just got rear ended. Just finished gassing up, he parks behind me as I turn my car on. Wanted to send a text so ask how she was doing quickly when he tells me he and the gas station owner 'don't give a ----' and that they're trying to 'make business here'. I shook my head as I drove away and he kicks my car when I'm at the stop sign. I'll personally be sure never to do business with these people in my life. That is NOT how you treat someone while representing a company
