We found NeighborScape when our current contractor backed out of their contract at the last minute. They came to our rescue and we have had amazing service for our commercial properties! So much so that we now use them for not only our lawn maintenance but all our landscaping as well! 10/10 highly recommend!

I had a large 18 foot pool in my backyard that I had removed and I contracted with Neighborscape to remove the sand and also there was a ledge maybe 5 feet by two of hard packed stone dust down the edge. I was very specific that I wanted that done and paid extra. They then were to fill with top soil and lay the sod. First off the men were late… showing up by about a half hour. I could not stay to watch them which was my mistake but was told it was about a 7 or so hour job so I knew I would be back by noon. I came back at noon and they were gone. I found it that was to quick so I did some

We have used Neighborscape’s services for the last three years: to extend a stone patio in the backyard, installing a large garden bed along the fence, spring/fall cleanup, planting, etc. We have been very satisfied with the services provided. Every worker they have sent to our property has been knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. It is also worth noting that interactions with Amanda who works in the office have also been timely, helpful and courteous. WOW! Patrick, Erica, and team did a fantastic job at our our house. We re-sodded after a chinch bug infestation last year and redid our overgrown gardens around the house. Our place looks great! I highly recommend NeighborScape for any outdoor project you have around your house.

It has been challenging year to find contractors that are willing to show-up and make commitments. I was especially lucky to have contacted NeighborScape, who not only showed up but did a great job of getting our yard back into shape after our renovation. They were timely, professional and I really appreciated their effort to clean up after their work. Lawn personnel ripped up newly planted grass 3 times this year .
Cut my flower beds to the point of no saving them and broke all my lights in garden this year.
Lawn personnel didn’t even apologize or say anything.
Siding has been damaged as well on my neighbour’s side of the house last year .

The NeighborScape team replaced our very old decaying porch this fall, and we couldn't be happier! The team was fantastic, friendly, and very skilled. The detail put into the finishing touches of the porch is amazing, and we absoutely love it! We hired Neighborscape for weekly lawn service last year and were initially impressed with the service, however experienced numerous incidents of damage due to their employees turning at full speed - almost every visit yielded damage in the form of a tire track - some several feet long. When we notified neighbourscape of the damage they reassured… us it would be reseeded in the fall, but they did not follow through. When we followed up this spring they refused to fix the previous year's damage unless we rehired them, which was disappointing as they had fully lost our trust.

A huge Thank you to Patrick and his crew for transforming our front yard. We had booked NeighborScape in the fall, only to have to put it on hold for a foundation repair. Patrick was very accommodating, kept in… touch with us and his crew arrived in June, sooner than we had thought possible. Patrick, John and Matthew took our original idea, added a few features which we had not even thought about, and the end result was beyond our expectations. The guys were very professional and worked very efficient and would always clean up worksite everyday until job was completed.
