We got a roof put on last summer, and it leaked within the first 5 months. What a surprise, as Milne wasn't exactly the cheapest to begin with. Now we've left dozens of messages on Brian's business phone and his cell phone, and after one early return call ("I don't know if I can make it, I'm pretty busy, I'm not sure if that's in the contract....") he has NOT called us back. And he has NOT fixed the roof! We've been waiting over a month for some service. Honestly? Are contractors in Nanaimo this overpaid and lazy?
