We here at Sinclair care about our customer needs. We want to meet and better yet exceed what our customers wants at a fair price. You will notice our men in the field are very polite and respectful of your place of business. This atmosphere begins with the owner Mark Anderson. Where he has learnt in the past 33 years of business experience that taking care of people the way you want to be taken care of gains you respect.
In order to add life to a roof, maintenance and repairs are necessary, just like changing the oil in your car. Regular oil changes prolongs the life of your engine. Some examples: fill up pitch pockets, caulk rain collars, clear drains, repair blisters and ridges, just to name a few. If these small items are left unattended you will receive more emergency leak calls and your roof will not last as long.
When a roof has reached the end of its life expectancy, complete removal and replacement of the roof is required. We at Sinclair Industrial Roofing are trained and equipped for complete roof replacement on industrial, commercial, institutional and residential roofs and are fully trained in all roofing systems.

Unprofessional owner. My husband was laid off due to COVID/ shortage of work. He cut off all benefits immediately, without notice. Business picked back up and didn’t get a phone call to return. I even saw a posting on indeed for both their positions. My husband and son both worked for this company. I manage 2 small businesses myself and have never seen such unprofessional ownership. My husband and son are extremely hard workers. Would not recommend working here. I have never given a bad review to anyone but this company should be ashamed of how their staff are treated.

After they finished the job, I experienced rain water overflow at downpipe by rain gutter. Discovered shingle bag materials plugged downpipe to cause water to back up over the rain gutter. The owner (Mark) did nothing and claimed his crew would not do this??? Owner said it came from other neighbours roofing repairs?? It was your crew!! Take responsibility for your workers labour. I sent pictures to prove my point but no response. Company is unprofessional aka garbage.
