I had a lennox mini split installed. The staff were fantastic from front desk, estimator and installation guys. They answered email and phone calls in a very timely manner. It was a bit of a wait to get an estimate but it was well worth it. When a company is that busy you know you're getting great service and that's exactly what I got. Everyone was 100% professional. They installed just after a snow storm. They shoveled a path in the back yard. Left the inside of my home exactly the same way as it was when they arrived. Took the time to go over the product and answer any questions. Fantastic company

Bennett Sheet metal replaced my heat pump system last winter after ours quit. We had called out a service tech hoping it could be repaired, however it was time for replacement. They got to our new unit installed fairly quickly during the cold months. The young men who did the install were kind and kept the place clean when finished.

We had a quote for a heat pump done by Bennet a week or so ago. (They are the Costco provider).
The estimator, Terry, was very professional, answered all my questions, and had a quote to us in a timely manner.
We ended up going with another company through no fault of Bennet. Their quote was inline with other quotes, and their offerings comparable, but you can only choose one. After weighing all our options we ended up with the other guy - but still highly recommend Bennett. Our experience with them, while limited, was a very positive one and deserving of a 5 star review.

We moved into a patio home with a very noisy 8 yr old Lennox gas fireplace.
Ordered a new fan/thermocoupler kit from Bennett's hoping to reduce the noise...no luck, still noisy...but the repairman did not give up... ordered a newer reostat... yeah.... enjoying the warmth of a VERY quiet gas fireplace!

I am being asked to "describe my experience". In the case of Bennet Sheet Metal that is rather difficult, as we have not managed to have an "experience".
After a site visit, several emails, phone calls, etc etc we have yet to receive a quote from the company.
At this point we are giving up and using one of their competitors, regardless of whether or not they are more expensive. Reliability is more important than saving a few bucks.

Not very good service!! I called in early April and set up an appointment for April 18 at 11am, at the new house I bought, the pilot would not light for the building inspector on the gas fireplace. No one showed, I drove to my old house and phoned, Andrew got in touch with Tim and the Tim called to say he would be there when he was done the job he was on. I drive back up to the new place and he shows up. Cleans the pilot, gets it going, cleans the glass, checks it all out says it is working fine and puts the glass back on. Several day later I turn on the fireplace and this awful smell is filling

Very disappointed with the service. They didn't need my business and seemed to think they were doing me a favour. Maybe they were only interested in commercial jobs. They "dragged their feet", said they would order me parts, but didn't and charged me $80 for a service call. Not impressed with their customer service at all and they never did deliver. We had to go elsewhere to get what we wanted. Will not go back under any circumstances. Very happy with the service we got at Plateau.

Had my heat pump and furnace installed by Bennetts quite a few years ago. They have always had amazing service and we get our heating system and fireplace serviced by them annually. The technician that comes out is always friendly and seems very knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else and definitely recommend them!
