During our initial visit, if possible, a Hyman Roofing estimator will "walk the roof" of your home to identify the current status of the roofing components. Following a review of your roofing needs, an estimate detailing our findings, recommendations and cost will be sent to you. For new roofs, Hyman Roofing will schedule delivery of materials to your home prior to the arrival of the roofing crew.
Q. Are you licensed and insured? A. Yes. We hold a Master Business Licence #150054989. We are fully insured with liability and worker's compensation insurance and will gladly provide copies of both our licence and insurance certificate. You may also download Hyman Roofing's credentials and certifications from our site.
What happens when the roofing materials are delivered to my home? A. Approximately two days before your job is to begin, the roofing material will be delivered to your home and loaded on the roof. If there are power lines, tree branches or other obstacles blocking delivery, the roofing material will be unloaded in your driveway.
Given the historic nature of the back-to-back snow storms that have hit this area and the number of homes that have been affected by ice dams, I wanted to provide information I hope is helpful pertaining to ice dams. Ice dams are not covered by warranty and must be submitted to your insurance carrier for claims for interior damage.
