Services
RJR Construction Group concentrated its efforts on renovations and custom homes over the last 35 years. RJR was incorporated in 1978 primarily to oversee and manage large commercial projects. In 1979, RJR was contracted to do its first major renovation project, a challenging and rewarding multiple conversion in Kitsilano.
Our philosophy has been the same since the company inception: "Quality renovation and construction, on time, on budget". We accept nothing but the highest standards; your project is our project and our name and reputation is on the line with every job we do. If we wouldn't have it in our houses, it won't be in yours.
Shawn was born and raised in the lower mainland. He has an extensive background in project and risk management. In 2001, he began managing a millwork shop. During this time, several houses were renovated by Shawn, culminating in him building his own custom home. It was a natural fit when the opportunity to partner with a successful builder/renovator such as Bob Rasmus.
