I am very pleased to provide a review of Bryan's Mechanical. I have been a homeowner in Nanaimo for 16 years and while vacationing out of the country the motor of the furnace in my rented basement apartment developed a loud noise. It was Dec 29, 2021 and snow was on the ground.
I called Bryan's because they had excellent reviews.
They did not disappoint.
Despite the weather conditions, they were able to send a repairman, Geoff, on the same day to assess the situation. Fortunately my house is near their office. Geoff assessed that the motor needed replacement.

We have had many furnace checks over the years . Last year we had water which appeared to be coming from under the furnace. We had a reputable company do a check and they did not find anything but suggested the water was coming from the foundation. After doing some perimeter drain work the problem still existed. Dustin from Bryans came yesterday and within half an hour found the problem with the furnace , fixed it and checked other things as part of the service that other companies had not in the past. Had issues with my gas fireplace pilot not starting. Geoff and Dave did an excellent job of troubleshooting and identifying the issue. Gas regulator was replaced in no time and fireplace up and running. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Noticed water coming from our AC unit. Called spoke with a receptionist who was extremely friendly and accommodating. I was able to get a technician to come out that same day! Technician Scott? I believe that’s his bane anyways, was on time, fast and efficient. Turns out I needed to clean my ac filters… since he was there showed my how to change the heating unit filter. Great customer service! Highly recommend. Shout out to: West Temp Heating & Cooling - for recommending Brian’s.

Would NEVER count on them for customer moral support. They just don't provide any. After 15 days with no hot water no one from their office cared we didn't have hot water. Continued inquiries I made by phone were met with hostility and an "it's not my fault" attitude that I had no hot water. There's nothing we can do attitude as well. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY SET FOOT IN MY HOME!!! They pretty much ignored my calls when I persisted in calling. The holiday season was more important

Bryan's mechanical provided us with exceptional service from start to end and they coordinated well with our scheduling needs. The crew was friendly, professional and they completed our Navien install in an efficient and timely manner. The crew was considerate and asked us if our cats were indoor or outdoor cats and were consistent in ensuring the door was closed each time they came in and out, as to not let them outside. Our experience from start to finish was nothing but positive and I would recommend Bryan's mechanical to anyone that asks.

All of the employees were quick to respond to any questions and they always showed up when they said they would. We are very happy with them and the after care is amazing too. Bob Bryans and his team are amazing! They are always quick to respond and their work is quality. We had them put in our heating system in our new home and we couldn't be happier.
