If you are looking for a fire company ... do NOT use Amptec. They not only take 500.00 for a service call, the don't fix the problem, never return calls, can't speak to the owner (won't even release his name) ,. The so called manager - Leanne is the rudest, worst customer service manager I have ever dealt with. My husband and I called every day for 3 weeks. Never got a call back, makes up stories that we told them we don't want them to service our location (we don't have a location). It's a food truck. Horrible, horrible horrible!
