SYNEREX Construction Group Inc. was formed in 2013 as a Design/Build construction firm specializing in the Commercial Retail, Restaurant, Office, and Healthcare sectors. We have recently diversified into the Landlord/Property Management Base Building sector, bringing our wealth of experience and commitment to quality and budget optimization to meet our clients needs.

Tom has over 34 years of senior management experience within the ICI and Residential construction sectors with many of those years as a Vice President of Operations and Business Development specializing in commercial/retail and office construction, completing hundreds of turn-key projects for top branded companies throughout North America ranging in size from $35K to over $20mm in value.
Many contractors claim they are "committed" to safety however, there is a difference between being "fully" committed to safety and not being "fully" committed, usually the difference can often result in life altering injuries or life itself. We know the end result of workplace injuries effect more than the person actually injured, it can have shattering effects on their family, friends, co-workers and potentially the community.

The worst work environment I have experienced in my 11 years experience. Field staff are blamed for head office ignorance. Pay is below industry standards. Amateur practices. Unnecessary drama. No room for advancement. Toxic head office culture. Expected to work beyond estimated salary expectations. No regard for employee's well being. Stagnant growth. I wouldn't hire them to build a dog house
