Had Scott and his team replace two sets of aging AC and heating units. The existing systems were over 20 years old and all the new plants required different venting etc. Very reasonable price. The work was done with great attention to detail and minimal disruption to our living arrangements for which we are very grateful. Top notch outfit and I highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend Dakin Mechanical. Scott and his colleague were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were willing to undertake a unique project that I needed completed ... installation of a heat exchange unit that extracts heat from the A/C return line and utilizes it to heat our swimming pool. As this was a new piece of equipment it required some research on their part to ensure that they installed it correctly. I am very happy with the result, and highly recommend Dakin Mechanical.

It was a pleasure meeting Scott and having him install our new gas furnace (with duct work), central air conditioning unit, gas hot water heater and the upgrade to kitchen and bathroom plumbing. Scott"s quote for the work was very competitive and some companies would not necessarily have been qualified to do all the work Scott did. We basically hired him via word of mouth and weren"t disappointed. He is honest, clean, knowledgable and professional He advised us well. We even chatted over coffee a couple of times! Scott will certainly be the man we hire for any future upgrades or repairs.

Was very quick to do an estimate and did an awesome job of gas installation for getting our bbq from propane to gas. I have been putting this off for years and so happy we have done this as no more trips to the gas station. Would highly recommend this company as very quick and efficient and even gas inspector from the city commented on the great work. Very happy and highly recommend !!!!

I have used Scott and Dakin Mechanical for over 10 years, I used to manage 50 + condos, Scott was the best of all of the services we used. He is better at diagnosing a problem than others and has been very fair about prices. Being your dealing with the owner of the business you will always get good service, you might have to wait a few days for him to come as he is always busy.He does what he says he will do which is important, I would highly recommend Dakin Mechanical
