Specificly asked TWICE if this product would work when my internet phone was out during power cuts,was assured it would. Well that was untrue ,no mobile signal here due to mountains, paid $72 for 2 months service when we had 3 power outages lasting 80 hours, 10 minutes from downtown Chilliwack(( apparently quite normal here) . No use to me at all and I must pay for return of equipment. Dont use this company if you need accurate i formation for a specific situation.Later Pam called me and resolved the issue. She was very caring and helpful.

I purchased this Service as an added measure of security and to help reduce my Lady's level of anxiety when I leave the house, or if anything happens where she might need assistance should I fall and she can't get me back on my feet. I will try this for a short while to determine if this higher level of protection is needed.
So far, so good as the devices, Charger and Pendant works as advertised.
Note a Cell phone will be needed as a Contact device.
There were no issues with the Service, however, returning the Hardware and cancelling the Service until a later date, if, needed turned out to be

I love this little device. I no longer worry about something happening and being alone. I even have peace of mind during my country walks. Each time I have fallen they detected it immediately and called me. Everyone I have ever spoken to there is very friendly, helpful, and caring. I highly recommend this product.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Life Assure. Their system is very sensitive to even small movements, adjusts to my body style of movement and reacts positively by placing a call immediately it detects a fall, or anomaly. E.g. I sat down a bit hard on a sofa which was placed at a lower height than normal. My pendant recognized this as a "Fall" and activated the fall detection system by placing a call to the monitoring station which also responded immediately with 5-10 seconds. I would highly recommend Life Assure to anyone considering a fall detection system for their loved ones

Life Assure employs staff who speak clearly and go the extra mile to make sure they have been helpful. On calling the client number, there's usually a live human being response after the first ring. I like that this is a Canadian company, based in Winnipeg, that serves Canadians from coast to coast to coast.

Recently signed up for this service , so can't say much right now.
So far so good , set up was real easy and customer service was very good right from the initial info call. Very helpful and patient staff with all our questions.
Ease of use with the product is important, and so far no issues.
Update:
Mom accidently activated the alarm and was surprised at how easy it was to use... personal contact with the agent and then a follow up call impressed her. the team didn't make her feel silly for bumping it and was very helpful in how to reset it.. She is very happy with the device and human contact
