We are the second owner of a Westmark home in the Nanoose Bay Area and needed assistance in fixing an issue that arose outside of warranty coverage. Both Eldon the site manager and Jacquie the project manager at Westmark came through in spades in providing construction details to assist in correcting the issue. In particular referring us to a subcontractor who worked on that part of the project of concern during construction and who was willing, during these Covid times, to take family time out to come and correct the problem. Based on Westmark’s reputation, we hired them to do a complete renovation on our home. It was a difficult, complex build that required a lot of rethinking strategy but they approached difficult problems as a challenge and provided creative solutions. Their trades were knowledgeable and the pride they took in their work was evident. Having an onsite manager ( Chris) was a huge plus. He along with his crew kept the project running smoothly. We are so happy with our finished product and would be happy to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Fantastic home builder. I can honestly say I wouldn't change a thing. Jacquie was wonderful at organizing everything and keeping us informed. We contracted Westmark Construction to build our custom home in 2004. It was a complicated architectural design which Westmark approached professionally and confidently. They used well qualified and highly competent subcontractors, quality materials and were fully available to discuss the plans with the architect. Construction work began at the end of 2004 and finished on time and within budgetary parameters in 2005.
