I can’t say enough good things about the RoofMan. I have a very unique corner and valley on my roof that leads to a massive amount of ice damming. Eventually it tore apart my siding and leaked into my house causing $30k+ in damages. I tried reaching out to many roofing companies and kept getting similar answers. Either they didn’t want to take in the job because it was out of their comfort zone or they just didn’t know how to deal with it. And the few that did offer suggestions just didn’t make sense. I knew where the problem was coming from but none of them would listen. I’m not a roofer

I had a leak on an old roof. Greg from Service gave the situation the attention it required with a couple of solutions but unfortunately the repair wasn't enough to address the issue. We moved forward with a full roof replacement of a 3 shingle layer roof. Gary from Sales quoted a competitive price with no pressure, Rob from scheduling was able to get our roof scheduled prior to Xmas. The roofers encountered a roof that was difficult to prep but they persevered through the job and varying weather. I'd recommend Roofman and will have them back to do the garage roof and quote on the eveastrough.

The salesman got back to me when nobody else did. The guys worked for 3 days on the hottest week of the summer. They were all very polite, respectful and friendly and always made sure to keep their work area safe and clean. They even took extra care to cover my plants and windows from debris. They made sure I was happy before sending the bill. Wish there were more companies like this around!

After trying to contact about 4 companies in Kitchener , the Roofman was the only one to respond and I am happy they did. They came out and did a professional fix on my leaky roof which was around a bathroom vent. Roger and his coworker were very polite and did a great job as well as explained everything they needed to do to get it done. No mess was left and I felt extremely comfortable with the crew and the work. I would highly recommend this company. I will difinitely use them for my next roofing job. Thanks!

I just picked them out of the yellow pages, i emailed them and they got back to me the same day. I needed a vent hole cut into my flat roof for a sanitary vent, new flashing around my chimney, and the whole flat roof redone. I told them i would like this all done while i was on vacation.. Kathleen in the office is polite and when she says she will do something,she does it. The crew guys are great Martin, Greg, and Chris all worked hard in the heat and they didn't stop until it was finished.

You really get what you pay for with these guys. I was worried about how to go about getting estimates for my roof but, The Roofman made the whole process a breeze. Compared to some other estimates I got they were extremely proffessional and thorough. I did not feel pressured with sales tactics, they simply presented me with the facts. The estimator I dealt with was Rhys and, I would definitely recommend asking for him although I am sure they are all amazing! When it came time to doing the work the crew showed up and they were extremely polite and respectful of my property. The clean up was amazing

Roofman did my roof a few weeks ago and the entire process was a dream. Reese (one of their estimators) came out and brought to my attention some minor issues that none of the other quotes I got mentioned. He had a cost effective solution for everything. The roof turned out just like he had promised and I could not be happier about it. I would recommend this company to my family, friends and anybody who is thinking about getting a new roof. Although they were not the cheapest option, you really get what you pay for.

Roofman has become very irresponsible due to the staff who takes orders or otherwise. I placed a service request for repairs two weeks ago when they told me that some one will contact me in few days and schedule an appointment. No one came and today when I called I was told that there is no service order at all and no record of my call . When I asked if someone could attend to my need the staff said she cannot assure me anything. Is this how your customer should be treated?Business dies due bad staff and you are one of them if you do not change.Very irresponsible company . I do not trust them

The other side of the story is the job the Roofman Co. did for me - they placed shingles on my house which bevelled immediately after being placed. We had them out numerous times over a two year span and complained to the better business bureau, the shingle company said the shingles had been applied incorrectly - I still have the report and all you have to do is drive by the house to see the mess they made of it! Not a fan!
