I hired this company for the installation of a second furnace, for a legal suite. They designed a very good solution on how to install the ducts without removing the ceiling, saving me a lot of money. The execution was done well and in timely manner, and I had good communication with every person from the company that I was in contact with. I also called them for small repairs, and they were very responsive, solving the problem in the same day!

We hired Reads Heating to do our AC like 3months ago. Me and my husband were hesitant at first but we are more than glad that we used this company. Excellent work, product is top of the line, very professional in communication, and smooth procedure. My neighbor installed theirs from somebody else about the same time as ours. They have lots of issues. I recommended Reads Heating to them and again, this company did an amazing job. We will hire them again to install a garage heater soon. I definitely recommend this company....good job guys! keep up the good work.

I was given Reid's contact by a Contractor who I engaged to develop my basement for a quote. After waiting for 2 weeks without a quote I called back to follow up and I complained to the lady on the other side of the line about their not forthcoming and she responded in the most unprofessional way I have ever seen. She was so rude and told me that by complaining I was harassing her. When I asked her that how could customer's complaint now be an harassment, she hung up on me. This is so ridiculous. I can only imagine what the experience would be - if I could get this kind of treatment before signing

The most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Significant delays with no communication about it, holding back my project for weeks at a time without even a text message to let me know. Staff were clueless regarding the concept of professionalism, it was clear that they didnt care about the business. Even the initial consult was plagued with miscommunication and no shows. I ended up cancelling my contract with them and moving onto weiss.

I had my air conditioner and my garage furnace bought and installed through Read’s Heating. The guys were great. They were respectful and professional. They cleaned up after themselves The price was very competitive and the work was impeccable.

We just finished a new build and used Reads for our HVAC work and I can honestly say I have never been more impressed with the quality of work and service that was performed. We upgraded to a multi floor zoning system for total comfort and the technician did a wonderful job at meeting our heating and cooling needs, plus took time to explain to me how to use the new advanced thermostat properly. The duct work is clean and tidy and you can tell that there is a sense of pride in the job. They also did an amazing job installing the garage heater and I’m so excited to get into a warm car now! We also
