Wok Box has partnered with Kettle & Foods Kitchen to provide Wok Box customers with authentic Asian sauces because of Kettle & Foods commitment to quality and use of natural ingredients in their sauces.
Kettle & Foods Kitchen creates sauces with natural exotic Pan-Asian ingredients from as far as Japan, China, Thailand and Indonesia. Kettle & Foods Kitchen makes sauces that are vibrant, full of flavor and texture which follow culinary techniques and traditions. Our spices and pastes are aromatic and add depth to our sauces.
At Kettle & Foods Kitchen amazing sauces are created daily using traditional sauce making methods. Using high quality, natural ingredients, the flavours of each sauce are layered by sautjing onion, garlic and ginger to caramelize the essential sugars. Slowly increasing the temperature of the sauces allows the natural flavours and spices to marry creating an amazing sauce product each and every time.
Kettle & Foods Kitchen is a sauce and liquid food manufacturer. We can customize any sauce you may wish to create and package in commercial or retail packaging. Kettle & Foods Kitchen is capable of manufacturing custom sauces for our partners in large 900L batches or small 250L batches depending on the partners needs.
1. Scrub and debeard the mussels, discarding any that are open. 2. Heat the oil in a wok or a deep fry pan, then add sliced shallots and sautj for 1-2 mins. Add the mussels and the white wine, place a lid on top and let cook until all mussels are open. If you find any mussels that do not open, discard.
