Security system donated to Salvation Army Thrift Store in Whitby after garbage dumped at site. The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Whitby says people have been dumping garbage in and around their donation bins. Roulston says she reached out to security company Protection Plus and they donated a security system to the store, which is being installed Tuesday.

Protection Plus is amazing! Brian was very friendly and responsive when arranging the services. When it came down to the actual service, Brandon was punctual and so professional. He did a full lock installation, took the liberty of making additional keys for me, and cleaned up! The price of the work never changed from the original quote. 10/10 would recommend and will be using this team again myself in the future!

Brandon from Protection Plus was very reliable and professional in doing the key service. He even went the extra mile to fix the lock that was too tight, and did not charge extra. He also did everything in one day, even though he had to go back to the office to get supplies. Very satisfied with his service.

After disappointing service from a previous access control service provider, we were recommended to Protection Plus and we are more than pleased with the services they provided. From the very beginning with the quote to the installation everything went smoothly. We are very impressed with the clean and quality work that was completed for the additional entry we had installed in our facility. Protection Plus made it very easy as they now offer payment plans as well making it easy to manage expenses post lockdown. I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing an access control system installed

Protection Plus has the best customer service and support, period! Jason went out of his way to co-ordinate re-wiring of the front door sensor with our new door installation! He was fast, courteous and efficient! Jason was able to re-arrange his schedule to be onsite for the install that same day. The job was done super fast to ensure the rest of the door installation went smoothly. Thanks Jason and team!

This company is totally pro from the first inquiry to the estimate and through the install. A great experience all around. Patrick and Joe did the install and training and were both excellent and very polite. I have had different experiences in the past with security / alarm companies - never quite felt comfortable. But Protection Plus are at the top of this industry. Highly recommended.

The guys at Protection Plus were so helpful after I purchased my new home. Brian was so friendly during our intro chat and answered my many questions!
While I was getting my locks re-keyed the gentleman helped me with a separate issue I was having with a lock and also gave advice regarding secondary protection.
Felt like I was being looked after and I’ll definitely use their services again in the future.

I have been served by Protection Plus since 2010 and always received high quality service regarding my home protection. Recently, my Lynx 7000 went totally mute. After quick conversation with Steve, in no time Jason came and replaced faulty one with new one. Of course, at no cost for me. I had a seamless experience working with Brian to plan out what we needed for our new home. He was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. John came to help us rekey our house. We had 4 exterior doors each with a different key, and he replaced them all in no time. I can't thank Brian and John, and Protection Plus enough for their help making our move that much easier!

Great service from solutioning to installation. Responsive and professional. Brain arrived on time and did a thorough inspection after which he provided me with a fair and reasonable proposal. Ciaran arrived two days later at the agreed time and finished the installation quickly, and explained the system to me from A to Z. I totally recommend this company for your security needs .

I've had problems with their company and their so-called-service since November 2019 and no one bothered to get in touch with-me regarding it. They charged me for a service they did not provide as Allan Baum, President, told me on December 17, 2020 that they had it deactivated, which means they did not receive any signal from my system for over a year.
