Encan Construction is a family-oriented construction firm that was established in 1993. Our focus, as a company, is on the initial budgeting, estimating, project management and supervision of major developments. We provide a reliable, efficient service that works well with a diverse group of clients, whether they are from the commercial, institutional or residential sectors.
Encan Construction provides preliminary detailed budgeting for clients to obtain necessary funding for projects. We also assist in the design of the projects with a professional team of consultants, and we initiate all aspects from tendering of the sub trades and suppliers to a complete turnover of a financially organized and quality controlled project.
With Encan Construction, on-going site coordination is provided by well qualified construction superintendents suited for each particular project along with on-going support from our head office. Encan Construction supervisors take care of all site requirements from project commencement through to occupancy.
At Encan Construction, we have handled a number of construction projects around Canada, and offer versatile experience in a variety of building formats. Some of the notable properties that we have worked on include fire halls, restaurants, financial institutions, health spas, warehousing, retail shopping facilities and more.
A ceremony was held Tuesday to launch construction of a $12 million community centre just outside of Enderby. It will include meeting and banquet facilities, as well as recreational amenities and space for educational training. Long-term, the facility, with a total of 33,581-square-feet over three floors, could also evolve to include hotels to accommodate those using the centre.
