The people at alliance security systems have been nothing but amazing to me .they made me feel like a priority and put my safety above everything .the installer took the time to walk me thru everything. Because at first it was very intimidating with all the high tech equipment but he was very patient with me and didnt leave til I was completely educated and knew everything I needed to know about my home security. Really gave me peace of mind by the time he was done

Bought cameras from them along with my ADT subscription. Two of the cameras failed after 6 months. Called their techs to fix the problem... and it worked for 3 days, and failed again!. This is what you get from a lower tier security company.
Also, the customer service is TERRIBLE at the Mississauga Office. The receptionist speaks very rudely and has a major attitude in dealing with even the most basic problems, I believe her name is Christina or Christine. Says a lot about a company who hires such people.

Do yourself a favour stay clear of them had a guy named George come to my house and after telling him many times we couldn't afford it he used my pregnant wife as leverage to change my mind he told me if I promote ADT in the new sub division I could call him anytime and cancel with no penalties! Sounds to good to be true and it was! (My own naievity I know) so I called him to cancel and he no longer works there and then got a call from vince telling me it was my own fault for signing it and george has never lied to a customer before. I have never experienced worst customer service like this. I have been patiently calling and trying to get trying to get a hold of Vince (the owner) for months to come and help with my security system which isn't broken...I am just having technical difficulties and he won't call back. I would never refer them or use them again. Buyer beware.
