I had provincial move us from Ontario to Alberta in May of 2021. Their team loading the truck seemed to do a good job, but broke some furniture and when the damaged furniture arrived we identified several concerns. The quote was off by $3,500 - they way underbid - when I requested some compensation for the damaged furniture I was told I could get $.60/pound for the furniture that was damaged and was offered $250.00 as a goodwill payment.
There was a broken desk, antique crock that they dropped on the pavement and scuffs all over a new dresser.

Best service ever! I was at a restaurant last week and that service reminded me why I wanted out of Edmonton. I called Provincial Moving when I finally decided to move back home to Montreal. Go Habs. It was a great experience, the movers were professional and on time. They took tremendous care and cleanliness when loading and unloading all of our things. I was kept in the loop at every stage of the move. Their prices are very competitive and I would not hesitate in recommending them to my friends and family or using them again myself.

The movers were awesome! The office people were great too. They arrived on time and were pleasant and professional. They worked very hard without any complaints and did a great job for us. They moved our furniture and boxes with no damage to anything. They are very knowledgeable and gave us excellent customer service. Fully satisfied with the team and would highly recommend them

It was really smooth and good move. The guys were prompt, punctual and awesome. As discussed the crew of 3 people arrived on time with the right size truck and everything. They were careful with our belongings and their leader gave them instructions and organized the whole relocation. It was a pleasure to see how easy they maneuvered large items through narrow stairways and corridors. They were virtuosos in their field, very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend!

The team from sales rep to actual movers did a really good job. They were very affordable compared to other companies. Movers were professional and efficient and got the move done in reasonable timing. I received exactly what they promised and what I wanted. Packing was done up to my satisfaction. Everything worked out really well. They were just over the top. I will certainly recommend them to friends and family.
