B&R is a multi-disciplinary firm offering mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering design and construction management, dry utility design and commissioning services. Founded in 1992 and conveniently located near BWI Airport, B&R has completed winning projects of all sizes regionally and nationwide.
We have 37 professional and technical personnel on staff, including 5 registered engineers. Our staff is knowledgeable and highly proficient in a multitude of project sectors including commercial, retail, mixed-use, office, government, casinos and sports and entertainment facilities.
In addition to conventional consulting engineering services, we also provide numerous additional services including Design/Build, Sustainable Design, Peer Review and Building Assessment.In each of these arenas, clients will have direct access to personnel with the knowledge and foresight to answer questions, identify potential challenges, and bring the data gained through our project experience to execute proven solutions.

B&R Services' ability to MEP Design & Build is unique in the industry, for we not only engineer the systems, we build them.
B&R Construction Services is continually seeking highly-qualified candidates in the MEP design and construction industry. We offer competitive salaries and benefits with long-term career growth. Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university and 10+ years experience in system design for power distribution, electrical studies, lighting design, and fire alarm systems.
B&R Engineering Services has provided Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) consulting engineering services on retail, commercial, mixed-use and institutional projects for more than 25 years. Preparation of engineering design drawings and specifications for MEP systems, to include initial conceptual design, project budgeting, systems analysis and construction document preparation for bid purposes.
Because of our extensive MEP engineering and design-build experience, B&R Construction Services can provide construction management for post-design phase projects that will significantly reduce cost and increase construction efficiencies. We do this by being a single point of responsibility for MEP Systems and becoming involved in the design and pricing for the initial concept, schematic level, design development and construction document.
