Critical: Professionalism
I was driving to work this morning on Hwy 2 north of Calgary and I was passed by one of your vehicles (a Mercedes van). I would estimate the speed at about 140km/hr. If this is how you regard the safety of others on the road, I can imagine that you would have the same disregard for your customers. Very unprofessional!!

Onsite team did a decent job cutting the hole for the window, however, there was no site cleanup. On the interior, I was left with a mess of small broken concrete pieces, and concrete dust was everywhere. To make matters worse, I was left with 700 lbs of rubble to dispose of. Apparently, disposal of the concrete is an optional service ($150 fee) that they provide. They really should advise people in advance of this option. Not the kind of surprise that customers typically enjoy. When I called the office to express my frustration, they were not helpful in addressing my concerns. The person I spoke

I’m cutting a door into my basement. I had a concrete chain saw rented a week earlier. Total failure! Avoid them for jobs like these! I was out 400$ for a saw I used 5 minutes. Called A1 and got great service from the start. Fair quote and set a date. Chris and Jordan came out right on time today. Super nice hardworking young men. It was apparent in minutes these guys are pro’s and this is not DIY job. HIRE THE PRO’S -trust me.
The job was done in under an hour with little mess. I can say I was absolutely elated with the job.
