This is our 4th home and 5th furnace from Campeau Heating and we are always very pleased with the service and the team they send. They are very pleasant to work with and they respect your home. They took the old furnace and all of it's components not even a screw was left behind.
They went over all the details of our new furnace so we felt comfortable before they left. Now it turns on and we don't hear it, our first Napoleon furnace and were completely satisfied.

Of course on the weekend is when the heat goes out. We were fortunately able to do a quick fix to restore the system. We called on the weekend. Campeau had someone out within 3 days to verify the system is working well and do minor repair. They were knowledgeable and gave great info to help prolong the life of our discontinued geothermal system.

I recently bought a home with an older gas fireplace that didn’t seem to work. Because I didn’t know anything about the fireplace, they recommended a “maintenance” visit to start. It was the perfect recommendation. The technician ( Steve W. ) was fantastic - tested everything, cleaned it all up, explained the problem and offered solutions with quotes, and then fixed it on the spot.
Great communication from the office and the tech on arrival time. Bonus - I received a text the day of the appt with the technician’s name and his photo so I knew exactly who to expect.

The technician was excellent and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to get the parts and had the furnace up and running within an hour and a half of showing up. He was very knowledgeable and provided some suggestions on running the furnace. Not a fault of his though I waited 16 hours from my initial call for him to show up. It was extremely cold out and he had a lot of calls however I called 4 times before my call was dispatched to him. I Made my initial call at 4AM and then two more at 10AM and 12:45PM and was told by the answering service that my call was dispatched. It was not. He didn’t

My parents furnace was broken and the house was close to freezing point. I called Campeau Heating as they take care of my house. Told them the issue, parents house needed help. With todays rules we were all Covid-19 conscious and wore masks. The service technician called and arrived 20 minutes after my initial call. I also received a text introducing the technician who will be arriving. Technician Devon wore slippers to walk inside the home and was nothing short of fantastic. My Gas Fire place needed repair and the service technician from Campeau Heating was a real people person. Super nice and explained everything he was doing when I asked questions. He was able to fix the fire place right away which was convenient for us. He checked everything and did extra maintenance, by the time he was finished the fire place looked like a brand new one. Thank you very much for being a professional at your Job and doing excellent work .

Found water leaking around my furnace and they had a technician over at my place immediately to check it out. Paul was personable, friendly and found the issue right away. I have used another furnace repair company in the past and it always felt like they were trying to constantly upsell me on products/services I didn’t necessarily need - not the case here.

The interaction with the Service Department was courteous and professional, clearly setting my expectation for the service time. The heating technician gave sufficient fair warning for his arrival. Upon arrival the technician was courteous and respectful of the house by removing his boots. Thinking ahead he already prepped the thermostat for the test after the fix. At the furnace, the technician diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and fixed in another 20, taking the time to do other checks on the furnace and provided good maintenance tips for the furnace. Our call was taken swiftly and we had a service person at the house shortly after making the call. Once the problem was determined Andrew went about securing the parts and making sure we were taken care of. I am very impressed with the quality of service and the extra time and effort all of the staff made to make me feel like i was a priority. Jessie arrived on time and took the time to show me how to clean and remove my filters and answered all my questions. As a first time home owner this was really helpful. He also looked at the air exchange system and determined that it did not need the full maintenance and only charged for what he did. He went over the package options to include routine maintenance and emergency coverage and helped me pick the best one for me.
When I booked the appointment the receptionist was very helpful and was able to help me find the manual for the thermostat online.

Went for a quote on a yearly clean-up and repair. The only friendly person in the front was the receptionist. The woman who gave us information made us feel like we were bothering her. She was leaning on the counter looking bored. We had to ask her to write differents prices on a paper. Not the friendly and efficient service that they advertise on tv. Very disappointed.

We just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. It was a massive job to take out the old furnace and oil tank. All three technicians did an incredible amount of work in just two days! They even moved our BBQ up on our deck and hooked it up for us. Most impressive was that they were extra careful not to damage the house in any way while taking out a very heavy tank. We're very impressed with the service from start to finish, and can now enjoy a cool summer and warm winter in our new home. Thank you!!

Their knowledgable staff and treating client's with respect. This is also a two way interaction between the service provider and the customer. I rely on Campeau Heating for all my heating and cooling… requirements. Warranty Plans are by far the best I have had. The responding technician explains in detail the work required and keep you informed of all issues. Whether it was an emergency or just a follow you are treated like a family member.

Today dec.15. email them ...cancel my contract...Later they call me...o do u need heaters or something....wow...to late...not freezing any more...give business to Reliance besides the point...They only take aboriginal on the reserve for tax exempt...I put my faith in them left me FREEZING
