Terrible customer service! I purchased some cultured stone here and brought it home, only to discuss within my contractor that they probably had a better product for our application. I hadn't even removed the cases from the truck and returned the following day, when I spoke to an employee and explained I was looking for another style product. He kindly showed us another and provided a sample. I returned the next day to make the swap, only to be told that I couldn't return the stone! He pointed to an 8.5x11 sheet of paper on the desk about ten feet away reading that cultured stone couldn't be returned
