Neil was the worst experience with a tradesperson I have ever had. He not only improperly installed my bathroom exhaust fan (replacing an old one), but he did severe damage to my ceiling. He blamed the fact that the fan did not work first on the product (a higher end Broan), and then on my duct work. He left my home without it working. I was forced to call a duct person and the company prepared a detailed summary of all the things that were wrong with the fan installation. It was put in backwards among other things.
