A central vacuum is an absolute life changer. Once installed, gone are the days of lugging a cumbersome vacuum unit around the house. The unit sits within the structure of your house, outside of the general living area, where the vacuumed dust and debris will collect. We were so happy with the service that we received. The owner is very knowledgeable and was able to help us determine the best vacuum for us. He went above and beyond, personally installing the unit and making sure that we picked the right hose length and motorized vacuum head. Would highly recommend, and will use again on the next house.

Amazing customer service and products. I recently had central vac hide a hose installed in my home. Every call to Jon was helpful informative and pleasant. His recommendations for my home were exactly what I was looking for and wanted. The installers, Newby Structured Wiring completed the job. Let me rave a bit about these 2 brothers. Professional, kind knowledgable, and clean. The job was not an easy one as my home is older and has load bearing walls but Hunter and Thomas went above and beyond to find a way to get the system I wanted installed. Can not express how satisfied I am with both Windsor

Wow! I love local specialty stores and this one does not let you down. Very knowledgeable on the topic and their own products. They are proud to sell the best. I tried out different types of vacuums in store and i was led through all the parts of the unit before choosing one. Couldn't be happier. Used it as soon as i got home and it is perfect for my home requirements. Also did not have to fight to find the product in a large store with workers who rush you and rarely know what products the store sells to begin with. <3

Jon was very friendly and helpful with deciding to try and repair our vacuum or buy new. He stated the options very matter of factly and did not at all try to persuade us one way or the other. All our questions were answered in a very professional manner. While there, I checked the price of our selection at Costco and was very surprised to find it be the same as Jon’s. He now has a new loyal customer.

I want to thank Jon for helping my wife and I on our most recent Central vacuum purchase. I looked around at other retailers like Costco and Sears but after doing some research found you get what you pay for. Getting a quality machine with lost of suction made paying $200-$300 more well worth it rather then buying a cheap unit. Plus the Vacuum I purchased from them is made in Canada and has a better warranty than most other central vacs on the market. Lastly buying from a local company that services what they sell to me is priceless!! Thanks again for the great install and I will for sure recommend

I've been a customer at Windsor Vac for over 10 years, and can honestly say that the customer service is outstanding! When we had an older vacuum, repairs were always done promptly and got our unit back into great working order. When we were ready to upgrade to a newer model a couple of years ago, the staff were exceptionally patient with my questions and helped me choose exactly what I wanted.
