Great from start to finish. Joseph sorted us out in no time, seemed to know what we needed before we did. I was impressed that he would flag areas where we might not get value for money. Showed us around the store quickly, and gave us time to deliberate without being over our shoulders. Super fast email response after the fact, to keep our order moving. Vera and the crew at the shipping dock also top notch, super personable and thorough.

This is the best bath and kitchen shop in the city. Blows everyone else out of the water - from what I hear Gingers and Taps have the worst service, inflated prices and you can never get anyone to follow up. Roman’s has done three jobs for us and we have been amazingly satisfied with each purchase and the after sales experience. Selection is top shelf and if you don’t see what you are looking for just ask, they will find it for you. As a business owner I know that a referral is the best form of flattery - I highly recommend this store.

My designer uses Roman Bath and I couldn’t have had a better experience. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. Pricing was good (I shopped around) and the service amazing. I got a picture quote with all the items to show my husband and it was super helpful. Washroom is finished now and looks fabulous - I mis-ordered a mirror cabinet in the wrong size and thought I would be stuck with it. They were able to swap it with a small penalty to the right size and luckily they had it in stock. One thing I learned through this process is to have all the sizes with you as everything has to be ordered

Today I went to do an adjustment on the order that I made and was the vanity width. The Sales guy Dan said 'sure but we have to charge you a 25% restocking fee.' So he said I had to pay extra $697 dollars just to change the width of the vanity.
To my knowledge, I'm not returning any item also I HAVE NOT EVEN SEEN THE ITEM THAT I PURCHASED but instead they are charging more money for a smaller dimension of the vanity. (Which should cost less money)
At this high end store, I expected to receive at least decent service.
To be honest, I came to a conclusion that you are going

Best bath store in the city. Service with a smile and then some. Prices are on point, no need to go anywhere else. 3 bathrooms done and this store was the most efficient and courteous of all the suppliers we used for our renovation. My sales lady took care of an after service issue flawlessly, I couldn't have been more pleased.

I have used Roman Bath for an extensive home renovation as well as a major cottage renovation.
In both instances I found the selection of products extensive and the level of service excellent. The staff are knowledgeable and were a huge help in narrowing down my needs and working within my budget.
Inventory levels are very good and therefore product delivery was prompt and was on schedule. If I had a question or problem my concerns were dealt with immediately and professionally. I highly recommend Roman Bath Centre and in fact would not think to go anywhere else when doing a bath or kitchen renovation
