Durabuilt Windows & Doors' story started with a family of entrepreneurs and their dedicated team. Together, they turned a small window and door shop into one of the largest privately held manufacturing companies in western Canada. We're happy to provide you with a basic estimate, or help you plan your project from the ground up. We have chosen Durabuilt windows for 3 of our buildings, and I expect to continue to use their products. At IronClad, our typical project has tight timelines, with fixed schedules and move in dates. When leases are signed, we need to deal with reliable suppliers to ensure tenants get in on assigned move in day.

Calvin and his team have been amazing to deal with. I have done 7 separate orders with them over the past 10 years and there Customer service has been great. Even with the slightest issues they have always been there to support me and help me get the problems resolved. I will be purchasing more Windows and Doors from them in the future fore sure!!

I wanted to leave links to videos so you can see exactly what we are dealing with, however, Google will not let me. The best way to explain it is to show you. Basically, it took two years for them to come and fix issues that never should have been issues in the first place. The last rep they sent out pretty much said they have no clue how to fix the doors they sold out, but that "nobody would". Seriously.
Door 1: Apparently they forgot to put the locks on our west-facing vivace patio door. This door was lockless for at least 3 months with 100km/hr + winds until we moved in. Wonder how that affected

Good service from the technicians, however, bad quality windows. I'm now up to 6 windows in a 3 year old starter home that have failed thanks to a bad seal. Unacceptable for a small home to have this many defective windows failing after such a short period of new home ownership. Consider another supplier and save yourself the headache.

Built a new home with ikon homes, and windows were a large part of the budget. Some windows do not close without a large amount of force on the handle. The "high end" sliding door on deck does not lock even though they have came back to fix it 3 times with no luck. Sliding screen doors also hard to roll and are cheap and flimsy.
At this point I would advise people to look elsewhere for windows.
