Called for a clogged drain we couldn’t unblock after coat hangers, shop vacs and 48 hours of draino.
They responded immediately, asked what the problem was, I shared pictures and they scheduled us for the next morning. (Less than 24 hour lead time) and I said it wasn’t urgent. So excellent scheduling for a home owner.
Nearly 72 hours after putting the draino in, the drain unclogged unexpectedly. I texted last minute to cancel (at 10pm at night!) and they had no problem with that.
Courteous, quick and effective communication, polite and professional.
Will definitely call them when the draino

We had a cracked T joint on our water reservoir at the entry to our house which leaked about a bucket every half hour. In addition, the pressure regulator was not working. Manuel replaced both. So far, about what you'd expect from a competent plumber. Dry basement, hurray.

Company was hire to remove two walls, remove bathtub, put ceramic shower base and put ceramic on first floor of the house. We hired Top Notch to do a bathroom renovation and it turned out great. I'm really happy I went with these guys. They exceeded my expectations on a hardwood flooring installation. Manuel was a joy to work with, the project was done early and came in right on budget. Will obviously call them again if we need more work done and will recommend to my friends and family.

Butchered my foundation even worse. The first review is the owner's name & I have e-mail correspondence to prove it the name of the e-mail user is Manuel Son so he's reviewing himself. Probably half these positive reviews are fake if he reviewed himself. Rene Aubin even confirms the guys name is Manuel. So the first review is 100% fake review they left themselves. Manuels photo is even his own company's logo.There is no way he satisfied this many customers. Google should review where these positive reviews were sent from & I'd guarantee a portion of them will come from their own IP address or phones

Hired this guy to reinstall a dishwasher after a plumber fixed it, the result is a disaster and this guy is nowhere to be found (left multiple messages and called a dozen times). Charged us 200$ and stayed for 10 minutes, left before we could realize what a lame job he had done. The installation is so bad that the drawers next to the dishwasher won't open, and the isolation shows everywhere around. He had a chance to make it right but he did not take it. I would not hire this guy for anything.
