I was extremely satisfied with the service I got recently. I had to replace parts of a shower faucet fitting that was 10 years old and damaged.
Jordan was extremely helpful by contacting Grohe to get me some replacements. The model had been discontinued but he managed to find th parts. I installed it and then it got jammed somehow.
Jordan came to the rescue and told me the cartridge needed to be replaced.
He sent a plumber out with the new parts and he installed it all and it works perfectly. I definitely recommend Independent Bath& Renovations.

The worksite was kept clean and organized. Also on time! Cam's team does not start until they have everything in place, so on our end, they came in and a week later we had the most beautiful en-suite. The work was perfect. Cam also has so much experience that we trusted his advice on several issues and are very happy that we did. We gave Cam an overall feeling that we wanted and he gave the right advice to achieve that. We took an old small en-suite and without expanding the square footage Independent Bath created a modern look with clean lines, and a spacious feeling bath. Personally we also loved

Independant Bath is a very professional company and will help you have your dream home whether it be a kitchen renovation or anywhere else in your home. They are great to work with and listen to what you would like to see happen in your renovation. A friend of ours recommended them because they had a kitchen done by them. They had a good showroom/website and checked out on BBB. Quotes were competitive with another reputable renovator but since they handled everything in-house (no running around to choose product) we went with them. Altogether we’ve had two bathrooms and a basement development done by them. All three renos turned out well in agreed timelines. Their staff were courteous and professional and the quality is there. No problems just a touch up in one of the bathrooms but they came back quickly. We trust them so will use again

We dropped into the showroom for some inspiration. We were wowed. They have a wide range of products and many very unique lines. Staff were helpful and very knowledgeable.
This is definitely a place to visit first before you commit to any bathroom reno. They will give you great ideas and provide the products to turn your reno into a dream room.
