Worst company I’ve ever experienced in my life. They redid our foundation in the fall and in the spring we had leaks in our basement.
They would leave their equipment in our yard and go to work on other projects for days at a time.
They tore up our front brick walkway to do foundation work, and then when they put it back down it was uneven so the bricks stuck out, making tripping hazards and water pooled in the middle of the walkway.

Belvidere recently completed foundation work on my leaky basement wall. John and the crew were very professional and great to work with. The job was completed well and on time with no delays. They had a large job to do and they worked so efficiently that I barely knew they were there. I am very satisfied with the work done, and the recent heavy rains have confirmed that the repair was a success. I would highly recommend Belvidere to anyone requiring foundation work.

Last fall I had done my due diligence and contacted several contractors to brace and waterproof a major crack in one foundation wall. Met with John Hunt a couple of times and he walked me through the process, timelines etc.. making it easy to choose Belividere. Very impressed with the crew that came to complete the work. I have dealt with thousands of companies during my time as a construction manager and Belvidere gave me the worst experience I've ever had while working on my home. I hired them under the expectation they had in house crew to complete the work. They sent an unqualified subcontracted company that made mistake after mistake.
They created a leak that was not there before. As soon as spring came after their repair my basement started leaking. I removed my deck which they had tunnelled and water proofed under, I discovered that they never back filled creating a massive 10' ditch and waterslide that

We had our foundation waterproofed, the weeping tiles replaced, basement window well replaced, and a broken concrete step removed just in time before winter kicked in. The Belvidere crew did an excellent job and answered our questions and were quick to come back to fix some issues with the ground caving in when the shoring was removed. They took the extra effort to clean up like they hadn't been there at all which was great! Real test will be the spring time and the melt. Thanks Belvidere, we'd definitely recommend them for foundation repairs. The guys work so hard.

Belvidere Construction Crew fixed our leaky foundation in a very tight difficult area at the front of our house. The hard working reliable crew did an amazing job. The week long project quote went exactly as planned. Each day they finished, they always left their supplies very tidy. They had to remove decking and excavated the dirt by hand. Made sure everything was covered up and safe each day they left. Once completed they placed everything back exactly prior to the project.
