We hired Super-Duper to move us from the NE to the NW on Jan 26,2022.
Brandon called a couple of times in advance to check so that everything was set up. elevators, entrances etc. They were scheduled to be there at 9:00 and arrived at 8:45 and finished at 3:45. Let me say, these guys worked. No fooling around or texting or slacking, just solid GO. when done there was absolutely nothing damaged. They also checked thoroughly for placement of bigger objects in rooms as well as placement of the filled boxes, a great help instead of just dropping it in any room.
Final price was in line with other

Unbelievably good moving service. I'd had horrible luck for my previous two moves, resulting in long delays, late arrivals, broken items, and slow service. These guys showed up 30 minutes EARLY to assess everything, and did not slow down once they began. They hit my 3 hour booking window I had to book for each building elevators, and didn't go over by one minute on either. Moving sucks, and having movers like these make such an impact on a stressful day. I won't use anyone else going forward, and will recommend them to everyone.

Brandon and Wade showed up and moved a very heavy bookshelf from one level of my house to another and then moved another one as well. They were both lovely to talk to and the price was great. We had agreed on a price range beforehand and then when they were in my little town we arranged for them to come over and they were very careful and kind. I would definitely recommend them. I liked that Brandon said to me "what do you think is fair?" since we hadn't actually nailed down a price in that price range. So I said what I thought was good and he agreed that that was what he was thinking

We moved from Airdrie, Alberta to Kimberley, British Columbia with Super Duper Movers. They were punctual, careful with our possessions, and very professional. Super Duper Movers were beyond just super duper .... they did an absolutely terrific job in moving us from Calgary to Sooke BC on Vancouver Island. Our belongings were stored in a crawl space but he and his crew cheerfully loaded everything up. Then there was a snow storm that closed the highway but Brandon persevered and took an alternative route, arriving on time and cheerful as always. I would highly recommend his company to others.

The information in my initial review is not false, it is what I was told! I never inquired about door to door delivery. I believe that Super Duper Movers did not want the job and gave the excuse that they don't do stairs, instead of being truthful and telling me the job was too small. Glad I found the movers I did, as the move went seamlessly

Showed up on time and worked right though until the job was done. I was impressed there wasn't time wasted taking phone calls or smoking cigarettes. Wrapped up the items properly for transport as well, and although that takes a little time I was happy nothing was damaged on the other end. Good attitudes on both the workers as well. I would use them again, which is out of character for me.

The day before our move he came out to confirm that the 2 guy team we ordered would be enough given that we were moving from a 2500 Sq ft house.
The day of the move they arrived right on time and and got the truck fully packed in around 2 1/2 hours. They handled all of our items with care, including 2 antique pieces.
On the receiving end they got everything moved in with no problems and layed mats down to protect the floors as it had started raining. Very happy with the service and would happily recommend them.

I am very disappointed with this company. I called the number for a quote, & no one returned my phone call, so I sent an email. They sent an email back saying they were booked solid for the last 5 days of the month & could not schedule me in. I replied I would like their next available opening to move, & they sent an email back saying they would not move me because of the parking in my area! I live in the downtown core, on 8 Ave., & admittedly this is a problem, as it is one of the reasons for my move, but it is not something that can't be handled! They certainly should not

I used Super Duper to move my furniture from one house to another 2 weeks back, the team came on time 8 am, worked hard to complete the move within 7 hours estimate although there were pretty heavy stuff like Piano , i recommed them if you are looking for good service with reasonable price , Brandon , Mo and Stan Gave us peace of mind you would expect from movers when you are stressed out from the move
