Nav (Q exteriors) was recommended to me by the other trusted contractor. Even at the beginning it was hard to get him to come for a quote. At the quotation time he mentioned he has to contact roofers to clarify some issues related to his work and he said he could start in 3-4 weeks. Week later no respond form Nav. For next 2 weeks I have been calling his cell phone and office many times. I let may massages on the office answer machine and his cell phone voicemail.
