Thanks so much to Clayton and his crew for saving my house. I called him terrified with the amount of water coming in, and he came over with a tarp from his sons lacrosse game and tarped the roof till he could get a tech out to fix it! The invoice for the repair was literally half what I thought it would be. He and his employees character is just wonderful. I would do 1000 star out of 10 if we could.

We contracted Whonnock to install a roof on our new house construction ten years ago and we were completely satisfied the project. I had to contact them for a leak we had recently which was really due to a perfect storm and an unusual roof valley intersection leading to a short flat valley that otherwise never leaked in ten years. They came right away and remedied the issue. Richard was very genuinely concerned with making sure he got it done right. Abraham was nice enough to get it done quickly and didn't even send us a bill - even though we were actually past the ten year warranty period! Thanks

I would discourage you from contracting with Whonnock Roofing! Both my neighbor and myself contracted with this company. Both our experiences were similarly disappointing. To be brief after signing the agreement for them to do the roof weeks and weeks and weeks went by with no communication from the company requiring multiple phone calls from myself and my neighbor. In the end after months I was given three days notice they would be starting the job and I was not able to be on site. Fortunately my neighbor was as there were a number of issues that arose on the day of installation

Whonnock was contracted to do the roofs in our townhouse complex. We had several issues with them. First, the told the strata president that we had to upgrade the bathroom vents to meet current code. The vents did not have to be touched and were therefore grandfathered. Second, once Whonnock told us they were done, we noticed that several of the bathroom vents had not been done. They came back to install the missing vents. I checked in our attic and found that the vent they had installed hasn't even been connected. Very satisfied with the service provided. I needed a torch-on/low-slope roof, and they were among the well-known, reputable companies qualified for torch work, and their pricing was very competitive.
Communication was good, and they were willing to answer all my questions, of which there were many.

We had our duroid shingle roof replaced by Whonnock. The team of workers were polite and professional.
The job was completed within the promised time frame. Abraham the company owner was an excellent communicater throughout the install. Had tar and gravel roof replaced with torched on roof and had gutters installed on my patio.
All the work done in 1 day. The crew was awesome to work with. Showed up on time on schedule. Very efficient . Did a great job. No more leaking roof. Also replaced some of the fascia boards that needed replacing. Left the ones that were still good. Was not sold anything that I didn't need. Final price same as estimate.
Abraham, Clay and Richard are easy to deal with. Answered all my questions and removed any stress I had.

Whonnock Roofing recently replaced our roof and gutters. I have nothing but good things to say about Whonnock Roofing, Both Clay and Abraham were very professional and knowledgeable. We ended up having the Alu-rex gutters installed as well to help keep the gutters clean, they work and look great. When the team arrived they were on time and professional. The entire job went smoothly, the roof looks great. The team also took the time to do a thorough cleanup after, I couldn't even tell they were there when they finished. I had my old flat garage roof (tar and gravel) replaced yesterday with torch-on, along with full gutter and downspout replacements on my house. The guys at Whonnock were fantastic. During the planning process I communicated a lot with Abraham, Richard, and Clay. They were always very professional and got all the important planning details taken care of.
