My new addition required two exterior doors that were 96” in height. I contacted Igor at Comfort EC I was given exceptional guidance and advise as to what door would be best suited to fit the design of my home. My doors were delivered on time and looked magnificent. The installers were extremely professional and worked efficiently during the installation. They wrapped the doors carefully at my request so that the ongoing work by sub trades would not damage the doors. Hence no photo. I would not recommend this company. Igor and Gena Zask are brothers that were with Meridian Windows and Doors in Calgary. The company declared bankruptcy and left homeowners, employees, and the landlord left on the hook. Now they are in Toronto under the name Comfortec. Their marketing strategy is the same, put up lot's of good reviews. Sounds like Andrew is still with them. You may not have any issues at first but after a couple of years the issues will present themselves. They will delay and give you excuses that they are working on it. When they are gone there is no one to fix the windows and

Let me start by saying, I didn't plan on replacing the windows, but my neighbor had it done and I went see and was impressed, I'm very picky and very hard to get impressed!
so I decided to talk to Igor
No pressure what so ever!!!
gave me an estimate and it was reasonable. Next step was to get proper quotation, Igor came in explained all choices and we agreed on pricing and quality of the windows. Again no pressure!!!
But as usual I've made a mistake and igor had do come in one more time and redo the quote again, at this time most would increase the price, but he worked twith me to fix my mistake
so I decided to talk to Igor

Comfortec staff were very friendly, and they delivered exactly what we discussed, quickly and without disturbing us in our home too long. Good craftsmanship and definitely worth the price to get better quality. We will probably never have to buy windows or doors again but we would come back. Thanks guys!

We were looking to replace windows and sliding balcony doors in an apartment building. The estimated price was very reasonable. The process of taking site measurements was quick and accurate. The production and delivery time was exactly as per agreed upon schedule. The installation crew provided a fabulous work. Very quick, with high quality. All tenants in the building were pleased with the results. All windows and doors were installed in 3 days with minimal disturbance to tennants
