Staff that they have are not experienced, hide out of sight when they can, pretend to be busy, great pretenders, smoke weed, walk past you several times just carrying things in their hands, back and forth acting busy and actually do nothing or clean the same spot for an hour in the smallest strokes possible. They love to talk, talk, talk. Can be found hiding in closed areas because of covid i.e. sauna rooms, party rooms, washrooms, compactor rooms, under trees behind walls, behind garbage bins (smoking), sneeking back from nearby shopping, chatting with residents for long durations and then going

Don't waste your time & money on this feces company. When my apartment flooded and the property manager called them, almost an HOUR LATER, Dragon comes with NO EQUIPMENT. He TAKES PICTURES and JOKES about the water moving down the building. 1.5 HOURS LATER, he comes back with someone to remove the water. Though by that time a friend & I already removed all the water. JMCC sends a statement charging 14 hours labour for taking pictures and doing nothing. Call someone else if you need real help.
