I have dealt with Design Air for 10 years. I can not say enough about this company. I had an issue last night with my furnace. Someone was here within 30 minutes and got me up and running. The tech that came last night was extremely friendly and cheerful. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but he was excellent. AND, it was covered by my warranty, so no charge! Highly recommend them. I would give 10 stars if I could.

We had Design Air install a new furnace and AC. They were quick and clean. The vent lines from the old furnace were an ugly eyesore, the guys cleaned it up and now it looks professionally done. After install the follow up was great with the explanation of our new equipment and what to look for if we have issues. They definitely go above and beyond when it comes to making the customer happy. 5 stars is an understatement should be able to give more. Would recommend Design Air to anyone looking for heating or AC.

I never had AC before so I called Design Air and right from the moment I called them to the moment my AC was installed they were amazing. They let me know everything that was going to happen and what they needed to do. They answered every question I had in a timely manner and even after the install when I had a couple questions, they were super helpful. Design Air is awesome and I'd highly recommend them.

The receptionist, Michelle was very friendly, and managed to get someone in, ahead of my scheduled appointment! Nolan, the service technician was very friendly and respectful. Very personable, and has a very professional attitude. Will 100% be using Design Air for any of my HVAC needs! Also will be recommending to my friends, and family.

We have a beautiful home that was built (well) in 1946. We are the second owners. The home still has a valid coal chute. Our furnace is old, needing a 16" x 28" x 1" filter. No one has such a filter. I called Design Air. Jason was more than helpful, offering a simple solution which has worked well. I appreciate his customer service. Design Air has my future business, just by being helpful.

My furnace was making a gurgling sound when trying to start and wouldn't start. It was the coldest week of winter. Nolan from Design Air came on time and diagnosed it and explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and what he had found. It was ice built up in my exhaust vent/chimney on the roof. He got his ladder and got the ice out and restarted my furnace. Rechecked everything and showed me what to look for and why it happened. Very knowledgeable and did a great job. This being my first experience with Design Air, I would highly recommend them. They will be my first call with any issues
