This once-beautiful example of the Vancouver Early Craftsman Style home had been subdivided, compartmentalized and overbuilt beyond recognition. This glorious relic, built in 1912, was a prime candidate for demolition after a century of weathering, wear and tear. Happily the ownership of the building contacted custom home builders Kitsilano Construction and Design to revitalize and preserve this unique piece of the city's architectural history.
