We recently had five windows installed by Russ and his crew and we would happily recommend Wach Window & Door. We got a quick and accurate estimate, great service on the day of installation, and Russ was very helpful and responsive afterwards as I tried to get the info needed to apply for the Efficiency MB rebate. They clearly care about customer service even after the job is done.

We had our windows installed in 2007. They are still great, however we recently had an issue with the crank on one of them. After all those years, we still had great customer service. Russ was very accomodating, and the issue was fixed!

Highly recommend Russ at Wach. He came in with the most reasonable quote out of the five that I got, and years later, my windows/cranks etc are still in excellent condition. I had to contact him recently to assist with colour matching the beige windows to our new exterior house paint, and he was more than helpful with that as well, even though it had been years since we had spoken with him. When it comes time to replace our window-well windows, sliding patio doors and front entry doors - we will definitely use him again.

Booked an appointment for a quote for new windows and doors. After a few attempts, a date was finally agreed upon. My appointment was for 4pm. I waited until 530pm before I concluded no one was showing up. I contacted Wach, and asked if they would like to rebook. Russ responded within a few hours, apologizing for the mix up, that he had my appointment written down for the wrong day. But he would be unable to rebook me in because he was “a bit backed up on estimates”. Such a waste of time. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Russ Wach and his team were fantastic when they did the replacement of all of the windows in our house. It was efficient, timely and cleanly completed. But the really impressive feature of their service happened after the fact. We had a sliding door that was a little rough … Russ came back to our house (we are rural) and tuned it so that it slides like butter. And later we had small issues with a few windows (manufacturer defect, not Russ's work), and Russ responded immediately, and honored his oral warranty without any hesitation. We have had several windows and doors in our 30+ year old house replaced by Wach, and are very happy with the quality of workmanship and the level of service. In addition, we are very pleased with how they followed up immediately with any adjustments, issues and warranty service (incl. a part problem with the door latch, replaced for free around a year later).

AMAZING Window and Door company. So happy with the service. Wach Window in Door goes above and beyond. We had a few companies come quote a door and basement window replacement. Russ came by to do it and he was very informative, he knew exactly what he was talking about and wasn't pushy at all. With the other companies I felt overwhelmed and like I was going to spend a fortune.
