Brycon's handling of the Spring Garden streetscaping project has been an ongoing disaster. It was assured that access to all businesses would be maintained throughout the project duration but this promise has been broken multiple times, with pedestrians and business owners/workers continually having to jump through hoops just to get where they need to go. Because of this, businesses and the people of Spring Garden Road have been negatively affected; the lack of consideration for the longtime residents of this area who pay rent and live here has been one of the worst I have ever experienced in any
