Jeff is unbelievable! We had a Rotary project that required a contractor and he kindly volunteered his time to help us. He is so organized, efficient and hardworking - He made everything look easy. He was able to take used materials that we provided and somehow turn it into a beautiful new home for 100 hens.

We were lucky enough to choose Z-KO Construction for our new build in Canyon in 2019. Jeff and his crew did a sterling job on our house, bringing it to lock-up on time and on budget. Professional, hard-working, respectful, punctual and always cheerful; it was a pleasure to work with Anthony and the guys. We chose this business to build a large covered deck for us. We are very happy with the finished project! The quality of the materials and the excellent workmanship of his crews is impressive. Everything was done according to the contract, and in the timeline. So very happy with this builder, I would recommend this company to anyone!

I hired Z-KO Construction to work on my place up Kootenay lake, I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. They got the job done fast with top notch workmanship. Before hiring them I had interviewed and obtained quotes from two other builders, Z-KO came in at a higher price. I chose to go with Z-KO because when I asked Jeff how he'd tackle the project (As I had asked the other two builders), it was clear to me he knew his stuff and I wouldn't have to worry about the job being done right.

My wife and I are looking to build our retirement home on Kootenay Lake (lake front property) just outside of Boswell. Zko came highly recommended from a number of people when we asked around who could build our home.
We haven’t had our home built yet, I just feel the need to give a review based on my experience with Zko the past several months.

Jeff and his crews built a custom home for me from excavation to finishing. Prices were competitive and work was always completed with great care and attention. Timelines were met.
