President, Gary Blanes has over 35 years of experience in the building and renovation industry and continues to learn new and better ways to improve the way homes are built and renovated. His formal education began in 1977 earning a diploma in Structural Engineering Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and he then became a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter in 1982.
He has completed a Bachelor's degree from the University of Alberta in Industrial Arts Education and Business and has worked as a labourer, carpenter, estimator and project manager prior to starting his own company in 1991. By 1999 he was one of the first builders in BC to register with the Home Owner Protection Office to offer warranties on new homes.
All employees are taught from the beginning that satisfied clients and impressive workmanship are how we get virtually all future work. Gary's motto is "it's better to give more value to the client than it is to spend that money on advertising.".
