I have never in my life written a review for anyone before, but this company has no idea what they're doing. It took several trips and several technicians and our system is still not up and running. If you value your money, and your peace of mind, call someone else. Also, a technician came in without a mask and refused to wear one stating that he's double vaxed but wouldn't show me his vaccine passport, stating he was only around for a minute.

The biggest advantage to dealing with Kodiak is that they are a local company and therefore they care about the service they provide and the people they are providing it to.
The technicians at Kodiak are top of the line and anyone you deal with in the company is professional and patient.
Kodiak will always have all of my security business whether residential or commercial because they do it all and they do it better than any of the other companies I have ever had to deal with.

I was with Kodiak Security from 2003 to 2010, the service was fine, and the company seemed small and personal. My only comment is about how rude they were with me when I left for a lower cost monitoring service. I paid cash for the system and stayed with them a long time so I owed them nothing. But they practically snapped at me in refusal when I asked if they could provide a code to help the next service take over the system. They also billed me for an additional month starting 10 days after I cancelled my service with them. They told me nothing about this when I cancelled, and spoke to
