Called Friday to arrange for a plumber to address a potential bad toilet seal. Was offered a same day or Monday visit by a friendly staffer. I took the Monday option. I called on Monday to confirm a time, I was told that their employee was fairly booked up but was wide open the next day. I accepted the Tuesday visit and was told the plumber would call when en enroute. Waited all day, no plumber. I called after 4 to see where the plumber was and was told he was out all day on an emergency call. Wasted all day waiting and they never called to advise me. Will go to a competitor.

Terrible customer service.spoke to guy about bath tub install and said would Send guys next day.nwxt day no body shows up after taking a half day off.called again and next day two guys show up and say I am not ready to have work done .the next day they show up do the work, steal a led lightbulb from my bedroom, charge for 4.5 hrs. When they were there 4, charge me 82 dollars for the day before they were there 5 minutes,( mind u when explaining receipt said he wouldnt charge for that but he did.took out copper pipe and put in van without asking if ok.cut canvas flooring and bath tub not put in straight
