Over the years we've had Direct Heat upgrade our home with a new furnace, hot water on demand, AC. We had them in today again for a check up and cleaning of everything, as well as gas and wood fireplace maintenance. Kosovar was very professional, courteous, efficient and polite. I recently had Travis from Direct Heat come and service two gas fireplaces - I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and the end result. The company notified me of the time he would arrive, he phoned and asked to come a bit earlier as he was able to, completed both repairs, tidied everything beautifully and was very personable and friendly. Kosovar did the heating maintenance on our furnace this year and he was very professional and friendly.
He was knowledgeable and and answered any questions I had.
The service was thorough and efficient.

We have used Direct Heat for years for our furnace and a/c maintenance and always been very pleased. We have just moved into a new to us home and had Direct Heat out to check everything for us. We have a heat exchanger (new experience) and 2 gas fireplaces. The young man who came out (Kosovar) was on time, extremely pleasant and very neat. He checked out our concerns. The fireplaces were very dirty and he cleaned them well along with the filters for the heat exchanger. We enjoyed having him in our home

We have used Direct Heating for years to service our furnace, fireplace and hot water needs. Never disappointed with their quality of service and attention to detail. We have always received good value, expert advice and they never oversell... I recall two winters ago on one of the coldest days of the year the thermo coupler on our furnace failed. Even though they were completely booked for service that day they still managed to provide a same day emergency service call to get our furnace running again.. Had an AC issue - called a number of providers but all were booked until the following week. The Direct Heat repairman was ahead of schedule so was able to fit us in same day. He showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, explained how it happened, explained how he'd fix it, gave me a quote, and got to work on the repair. He stuck around a bit to make sure everything worked and there were no further issues. Very professional, friendly, and did good work. I'll call them again for furnace maintenance in the fall.

We have been clients of Direct Heat since we purchased our home in 2009. They were recommended to us by the previous home owners who had used them in the past, and they were recommended specifically for our hot water boiler, not too common in residential homes in our city.
Over 6 years we used them 4 times and we were never satisfied with the performance of our heating system. After paying for servicing each time, we were told it was an older unit and it was performing normally.
This was until we were woken by our Carbon Monoxide detector going off recently. We called in another company to investigate

Great customer service from start to finish. I am new to Cleaning the Ducts/Furnace and they Customer service rep was great at explaining all charges and the procedure. Follow up was great 2 days before the job and Graham (technician) has been super helpful and always available for any questions. Highly recommend using this company!
